What it does
Record
One tap for an expense, an income or a transfer, in any account and currency.

Press minus for an expense or plus for an income, type the amount on the keypad and pick a category. Done.
Transfers
Move money between your own accounts, like cash to bank, without counting it as spending.
Categories with icon and colour
Use the ready-made categories or make your own, each with its own icon and colour.
Several accounts
Cash, bank, card and mobile wallet, each with its own opening balance. Balances are worked out from your records.

Record in the currency you paid in. The exchange rate is saved on the record, so old totals never shift.

Is Ulkaa Finance free?
Yes, there is a free shelf that covers recording, categories, the period views, budgets, goals and net worth. Some extras, like unlimited accounts or export, come with a paid plan. The Pricing page reads the current plans live.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Records are saved in your browser first, so you can add them with no connection. They sync when you are online and signed in.
Can I use several currencies?
Yes. Record in the currency you paid in. The exchange rate is saved on each record, so a change in rates later never rewrites your history.
Does it connect to my bank?
Not in this round. You record money yourself, or import a CSV. Bank and mobile-money statement import is planned for later.
Can I take my data out?
Yes. Export your records as CSV or download a full backup at any time.
Who can see my money?
Only you. Every record belongs to your account alone; there is no shared book, workspace or public link. Ulkaa does not use your records for ads.
Is there a phone app?
The web app works on a phone browser today, offline included. An Android app on the same sync is planned for later.
